iOctane has an impressive reputation in delivering client solutions through modeling business and automating processes; providing award winning BPM products and services and management consulting. As the Client Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing this reputation.
You will work closely with the Client Engagement team with pre-sales to craft creative solutions involving products and services to achieve closure. Once the deal is done, you will take the “baton” for the client relationship, including billable work as a seasoned professional as well as work done by members of your team. As their leader, you will role model the values and behaviours we hold dear at iOctane and instill passion for and ownership of these attributes in your team. You will take responsibility for ongoing Customer Assurance (Support) to ensure clients are retained. You will actively look for opportunities to deliver more value to clients, leveraging the trust you and your team have established.
You will work actively to extend iOctane’s IP, researching and adapting state of the art technologies and tools s which enhance our ability to make an ongoing difference to our clients.
