Jeremy Ellis is the CEO and founder of iOctane.  Jeremy’s IT experience spans 20 years including 12 years focused on business process redesign and change management.  Having previously managed key aspects of large scale projects, some valued at in excess of two billion dollars, he brings substantial experience in project management, consulting and training.  Jeremy has led iOctane from its launch in 2001, and his insight and leadership have positioned the company as one of the fastest growing Process Improvement Practice in Australia and New Zealand.  Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons.) from La Trobe University.

David Thomas is a Partner at iOctane.  With over 20 years experience in the IT sector as Director Sales and Marketing, Senior Account Manager, Product Manager and Software Engineer, David is focused on transforming businesses through developing a culture of continuous process improvement.  David has developed considerable expertise in change management through a constant need to re-engineer and restructure to accommodate expansion.  David holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, and a Graduate Diploma of International Business from Monash University.

Chris Symes is Head of Client Engagement A/NZ for iOctane.  Chris has over 26 years experience in the IT sector in a variety of roles including Technician, Service Manager, Client Director, Consulting Team Director, Managing Director and independent Consultant covering IT resellers, systems integrators and hi-tech vendors. Immediately prior to joining iOctane, Chris successfully ran his own business delivering process improvement and optimization services to the market. Combined with his success as both a seasoned sales professional and a practical understanding of the benefits that organisations can achieve through business process improvement, Chris was brought on to manage the sales practice for iOctane in both Australia and New Zealand. Chris was born and educated in Zimbabwe and migrated to Australia in 1982.

Gordon Lescinsky is the Practice Principal Process Transformation with iOctane, having over 10 years of designing software systems and managing software development projects with an emphasis on scientific modelling, high-end computer graphics, and web technologies. A background that spans both highly technical and creative fields, Gordon has strong communication skills relating to technical writing, training, and presenting. He is a certified Metastorm BPM and ProVision trainer.
