101 Business Process Analysis using ProVision 6 (3 days)

Business Process Analysis is a key aspect of both Process Improvement and Enterprise Architecture initiatives. The concepts of BPA are implemented in ProVision, a visual modelling and repository software tool that captures and maintains redesigned business processes. This course establishes a practical and reusable approach for performing Business Process Analysis projects and planning the application system and organisational changes that result.

102 Enterprise Architecture Modelling Workshop with ProVision 6 (3 days)

ProVision is a leading platform for creating and maintaining assets for business-focused Enterprise Architecture. This course assumes some familiarity with ProVision and some understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts. The course format gives business and systems analysts the chance to focus on their own businesses if they wish, as they learn.
