Lead Management and CRM Connector ProcessPod

The Lead Management ProcessPod allows sales leads to be managed through a Metastorm BPM processes. Leads are automatically matched against existing Contact names using heuristics. This ensures high data quality is maintained within CRM databases. The process integrates with Microsoft CRM using a connector designed to simplify creating Microsoft CRM based processes

The ProcessPod contains three parts:

• A plug-in for the Metastorm BPM Designer that allows scripting of CRM actions and linking to CRM objects
• A CRM Connection that integrates with the BPM Engine, allowing running processes to authenticate against the CRM system and exchange information (via Web Services)
• A fully working Lead Management template process that supports data matching of leads from a variety of sources into CRM.

Marketers will find the Lead Management template greatly simplifies managing leads from bulk data (via a supplied Microsoft Excel template), web sites and other sources.
