As the Senior BPM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering creative and outstanding process automation outcomes.

You will work closely with the Client Engagement team to craft creative technical solutions involving process automation products and services to capture the real needs of the client. Once the deal is done, you will take the “baton” for the project and work as a seasoned professional in conjunction with other members of your project team. As the technical lead, you will role model the values and behaviours we hold dear at iOctane and instill passion for and ownership of these attributes in your team. You will take responsibility for the transition into Customer Assurance (Support Desk) to ensure clients are happy and retained. You will actively look for opportunities to deliver more value to clients, leveraging the trust you and your project team have established.

You will work actively to extend iOctane’s IP, researching and adapting state of the art technologies and tools which enhance our ability to make an ongoing difference to our clients. The knowledge that you gather will be updated in iOctane’s internal Body of Knowledge for the benefit of the whole iOctane team.
